Procedures/Guidelines

When employees have a question or concern, the university asks that they communicate directly with their supervisor. Employees are encouraged to talk first with their immediate supervisor, who is often the individual most familiar with the employee and their job and best suited to assist. If the supervisor cannot help resolve the matter or the employee feels uncomfortable approaching their supervisor, then they are encouraged to speak with their department head or someone in Employee Services.

Lynn University is interested in all of its employees' success and wellbeing and welcomes the opportunity to help employees whenever feasible.

Note - employees who believe they have experienced discrimination should refer to Lynn's employee non-discrimination and anti-harassment policy for guidance.
