Purpose
The purpose of the Voter registration policy is to comply with The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 (20 U.S.C. § 1094(a)(23)(A)), which requires educational institutions receiving Federal funding to make a good faith effort to distribute voter registration forms to each student in attendance.

In compliance with The Higher Education Amendments of 1998 (20 U.S.C. § 1094(a)(23)(A)), which requires educational institutions receiving Federal funding to make a good faith effort to distribute voter registration forms to each student in attendance, Lynn University makes voter registration forms available to every student on an annual basis.

Student Affairs sends out emails to each student giving them a link to the voter registration form on the Florida Divisions of Election voter registration website.
