Florida Education and Training Placement
The Florida Education and Training Placement Information Program (FETPIP) is a data collection and consumer reporting system established by Florida statute Section 1008.39 to provide follow-up data on former students and program participants who have graduated, exited or completed a public education or training program within the State of Florida.
The FETPIP tracking system reports on employment figures of non-international students employed within the state of Florida, who have a valid social security number, following their graduation from a Florida college or university. Including data from international students and students employed outside of Florida, 69 percent of Lynn’s 2015-2016 graduates were employed within the first six months of graduation. Complaints and grievances
In order to resolve complaints and grievances in an appropriate, fair, and consistent manner, the University has included a description of various grievances procedures within the academic catalog and in the Institutional Policy Volumes. The Academic Grievance Policy was designed by Lynn University to afford students an opportunity to formally grieve academic related complaints. The student affairs policies, including the Student Code of Conduct and the Non-Academic Student Grievances Policy, were designed by Lynn University to allow students to formally grieve non-academic related complaints. A student who wishes to file a grievance of an academic nature should follow the grievances policies outlined in the academic catalog. A student who wishes to file a grievance of a non-academic nature should follow the grievance policies outlined in the student affairs policies.
Students with grievance which are not covered under the Academic Grievance Policy in the Academic Catalog or the various grievance policies outlines in the Student Affairs Policies, are encouraged to first seek to resolve complaints through normal administrative channels and or by taking steps to informally discuss the issue directly with the involved individual(s). If there is no resolution, a formal complaint may be submitted in writing to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Online and or distance education students, who have completed the internal institutional grievance process and the applicable state grievance process, may appeal non-instructional complaints to the FL-SARA PRDEC Council. Federal Student Financial Aid Penalties for Drug Law Violations
Lynn University provides to each student, upon enrollment, a separate, clear, and conspicuous written notice that advises the student that a conviction for any offense, during a period of enrollment for which the student was receiving Title IV, HEA program funds, under any federal or state law involving the possession or sale of illegal drugs will result in the loss of eligibility for any Title IV, HEA grant, loan, or work-study assistance. In addition, the University includes this information in the Academic Catalog and undergraduate and graduate financial handbooks.

Initial Loan Counseling for Student Borrowers
Before receiving a student loan, borrowers must complete an entrance counseling session that will supply comprehensive information on the terms and conditions of the loan and of the borrower's responsibilities. Campus Safety Policies, Crime Statistics, and Crime Log
The University annually provides a report that provides a detailed disclosure of information regarding campus security practices (including Emergency Response Plan, Timely Warnings, Emergency Warnings, Missing Persons and Crime Log policies), as well as crime statistics for the preceding year. Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Program
Lynn University annually prepares and distributes to all students, faculty, and staff information regarding its alcohol and drug abuse prevention programs. This information is included on the University web site, as well as in Volume II of the Lynn University Policy Manual and other designated University publications. Student Affairs sends an electronic notice to all enrolled students that includes information regarding how students can obtain Florida voter registration forms prior to the deadline for registering to vote for all Federal and State elections.
