The 3-year degree is a great program. It’s a great way to challenge yourself. It provides a better feel for the real world and definitely made it easier for me to know how to handle so much work now.

Here's how it works

You earn an accelerated degree by taking 6–7 classes—at no extra cost—during fall, spring and summer terms.

If you take a gap year after high school, you’ll complete your degree in the same year as if you hadn’t. The accelerated degree program allows you to go on to complete your master’s degree in just one year.

Program requirements

  • Based on your first-semester GPA, you'll receive an invitation to a mandatory orientation session to get acclimated to the program. You can accept or deny the invitation.
  • If it’s right for you, you’ll opt-in to join the accelerated bachelor's program.
  • You can design your accelerated schedule with your adviser and get priority registrations for required courses.
  • You will be automatically enrolled into the Lynn Scholars program and complete the required Resilience and Coping curriculum badge.
  • To remain in the program you must maintain a 3.0 GPA or above (no D's or F's).
  • If you fall below the minimum requirements, you'll receive support from the Institute for Achievement and Learning.
